When using this service it is important to remember that these are appointment request and your appointment isn't guaranteed.  Your request is sent to our computer's and we will review them.  If the slot you requested is available, we will book the appointment and call to let you know that your request was accepted.  However, if you do not receive a call confirming your appointment.  It has not been scheduled.  We will give you a call so we can work together and find the next best appointment time that is available for you.  We do not see appointments 1 hour before closing.
